01 - Consultation
We'll schedule a meeting to dive deep into your vision, goals, and budget. This will help to provide a detailed assessment of your needs, wants, and wishes. If you have recurring events, we'll explore possibilities and schedules. In need of a little inspiration? We can suggest creative options to convey your unique story or brand effectively.
During this phase, you'll get to see how our services are a smart, timesaving approach. Let's turn your vision into reality together.
02 - Estimate
Following our consultation, you will be provided with a package that includes a high-level plan, an estimate, and a detailed agreement. This agreement will encompass crucial details, recommendations, roles, responsibilities, and timelines, all aligned with your preferences and objectives.
Once any necessary changes have been thoroughly discussed and incorporated, and the contract is officially signed, it's full steam ahead to kickstart the planning phase.
03 - Create
During this phase we will work on anything from research, booking venues, suppliers, logistics etc. along with any additional elements covered in the plan. If marketing support is included in your contract, then all marketing will be developed during this phase.
The goal is to ensure that there is an open line of communication to ensure there is collaboration, sharing and check-ins to ensure everything is on track. This ensures a successful partnership where your needs are met, and your expectations exceeded.
04 - Execute
Enjoy a stress-free event! On-site management and execution of your event will ensure that everything l goes according to plan. We will ensure that you are able to relax and feel confident that your event will run smoothly and successfully.
Our goal is to make your event special, creating memorable, positive experiences for you and your guests.
05 - Debrief
After the event, we will meet for a detailed assessment of the event. It could range from vendor relationships, goal fulfillment, guest feedback, survey review and evaluating what worked and what could be even better next time.
The goal is to create an on-going partnership where we can continue to work together.
